Latest reviews of Bible Trivia - History Quiz Challenge Game app for iPhone and iPad
The woman who anointed Jesus feet had no name. A priest came up with that as an assumption. Also Virgin Mary as an answer when she clearly had John the brother of Jesus which wasnt conceived of the Holy Ghost.
Very FIRST question!! These tiny little pictures of Jesus being put on the cross is OBVIOUSLY the crucifixion!! Nope says wrong answer. Game is so bad you cant get past the first question. Why would anyone even release this garbage.
Its not bible trivia its Catholic trivia.
Good variety of questions, would be much more enjoyable without all the annoying ads.
This should not be called a Bible Trivia game. It should be called a Catholic traditional dogma game. Many of the questions have absolutely nothing to do with the Bible, requiring you to know the names of paintings or places by photo, or traditional Catholic names for events. People and events are named for tradition, not biblical text (examples: 3 wise men and Mary Magdalene). People are given Catholic traditional titles that obscure biblical truth (examples: "Virgin" Mary, speaking of her as an adult, differentiating people with the same name by calling one "saint"). Only unique and exact answers are accepted, even if a question may have more than one correct answer. Some answers or hints are just plain wrong. On top of all this, the app does nothing to help teach you the Bible at all. No context or scripture is given for anything, so the trivia is nothing but that - trivia. This makes the Bible into something common, trivial, like sports stats. In-game purchases are offered frequently and ads distract. A terrible app, and offensive on top of that.
